Would you like to communicate with a customer whose primary language is Spanish? Providing quality customer service is difficult when you don't speak the customer's language! This course is designed to assist you with the simple words and phrases needed to make your job easier and help put your customers at ease. Through emphasis on industry specific terminology, you will be given tools to greet your customers and assist them with day-to-day interactions.



Once you have the basics, you'll want to practice "putting it all together". This course, with additional emphasis on your industry and everyday interactions, will introduce you to common verbs and phrases needed to sustain more elaborate conversations with your Spanish speaking audience. This is an excellent follow up to Beginning Spanish or a great refresher for those with some Spanish background.

Join us for a fun and effective introduction to Spanish. Walk away with tools that will help you with your basic day-to-day interactions. Spend a day filled with fun activities, exercises and materials emphasizing your industry terminology. You will be given vocabulary lists, practice sheets, skill cards and more to take away for self-study. We will introduce and practice the skills during the workshop and teach you how to use the additional tools in the future.
